Health Tip of The Day #1

One thing I see people not doing enough of, is drinking water. People, get it into your heads that you must drink water every single day! Even if its only one glass-it's way better than nothing. You should ideally drink at least 6 cups a day, but 8 is where you should be at. It will be hard the first day, but the next day, I promise that you will be thirsty and craving liquid. Don't drink soda. Drink water. You can also drink one cup of almond or soy milk, or if you don't have almond or soy milk-then drink a very small glass of regular milk. Welcome to The Feel Good Way

Greetings everyone! My name is Meghan W. I established this blog on 10-30-2013 (10:24 PM to be exact). I love to eat clean, exercise, and love educating others on how to live a healthy, natural lifestyle. But let's start with learning a bit about me, shall we? ;)

I own several other somewhat popular blogs (Equestrian Dreams, Beautiful Awkward Crazy Horsey Life), and both are horse related. But I enjoy healthiness so much, that I thought, "Why not make a health blog?" So here is the end result. I'm still editing and everything, so please be kind to me. :)

Anyways, I'll give out health tips of the day, write articles on certain things, tell stories, and blog about my own health achievements. I'll also help you with anything you need. Just comment, and I will respond asap. Now that we are all set, let's get started!
