Health Tip of The Day #1

One thing I see people not doing enough of, is drinking water. People, get it into your heads that you must drink water every single day! Even if its only one glass-it's way better than nothing. You should ideally drink at least 6 cups a day, but 8 is where you should be at. It will be hard the first day, but the next day, I promise that you will be thirsty and craving liquid. Don't drink soda. Drink water. You can also drink one cup of almond or soy milk, or if you don't have almond or soy milk-then drink a very small glass of regular milk. I'll get more into detail with milk in a little bit...
